Fidencio Mexicano is made from wild sourced maguey Mexicano - Penca Larga - harvested from Santa María Zoquitlán in the Valles Centrales region of Oaxaca. Enrique's expertise shines through in this beautifully crafted limited batch exhibiting intense aromatics of vanilla and ripe pear - vivid and bright on the palette with a long lingering crisp finish.
