
El Bagazo's distillery is the first tequila project in Mascota, Jalisco. The mountainous landscape offers varied elevations, fertile valleys, and abundant water sources. The Sierra Occidental gives us what no other region can offer: altitude variation, mineral richness, and depth of character.
