Tutsi is the name of the spirits made by the Wizradikan people often called Huichol. These communities from NW Jalisco are famous for their beadwork known as Chaquira and their ancestral practice of distillation. Tutsi Ciruela uses local plum, Spondias Mombin, resulting in a light, bright mineral forward expression with notes of citrus and ripe fruit.
