Fidencio Clásico Añejo was rested in oak barrels for 23 months. Crafted exclusively from 100% Espadín harvested from the Jiménez estate utilizing fully matured capón agave. Bottled at cask strength, this mezcal offers a rich and complex profile with layers of delicate smoke, caramel, vanilla and white pepper spice.
