Rancho El Ojo & Las Quebradas april 11 - 16

April 11

Arrive into Durango ideally in the early afternoon (Airport code DGO) you will be picked up at the airport. 

​

Check into Hotel Gobernador. 

​

Welcome dinner that evening at Yucca Ranch.

April 12

We leave for Rancho El Ojo by car in the morning. We will be camping that night at the viñata. The camp will be set up with tents. You will need to bring a sleeping bag and warm clothing. Plan to be outside the entire time and wear comfortable boots. There are facilities and electricity at the viñata. (no cell reception or wifi). 

April 13

We will spend the day at Rancho El Oj and enjoy a late afternoon lunch. We will drive back to Hotel Gobernador that evening and rest. 

April 14

Travel to Las Quebradas via Cessna in the morning. Meet Don Carlos & Family.   

April 15

Spend the day at Viñata Rancho Grande exploring the mountainous fields of magueys. 

April 16

Travel out by Cessna to Culiacán (Aeropuerto Internacional Culiacán - airport code CUL) This can get tricky because the flight out is dependent on wind conditions. Travel out should be booked well after 12 noon.
