Another exploration into the vast world of spirits from from the sotol plant! This ensamble from Maestro David Burciaga brings us to Durango. Blending local varieties of Wheeleri Durangense and Cedrosanum, this expression brings us floral, mineral forward notes on the nose - vibrant spice, wet grass and earth on the palate with a long spicy, slightly oily finish.
