At Fidencio Spirits we get excited by traditional spirits. We want to know the people who make them. We want to learn their heritage so we can tell their stories, share their techniques and honor their craft. Our portfolio will take you on an adventure that wanders through culture, art, and time.

Effervescence is a bubbles-focused restaurant and bar that incorporates sparkling wine into all craft house cocktails. Inspired by winter flavors and cool temperatures, the "Sotol Me Something Interesting" cocktail combines disparate elements to create a well rounded drink with a smoky nose and complex taste. Check out their website and go enjoy some bubbles!

Origen Raíz Cenizo, Malpaís.

This expression means so much to us. It is shared by those who have a deep level of gratitude for what they do and where they come from. Their energy is contagious and truly beautiful, and it becomes apparent when enjoying their mezcal that this is something special.

There is an  integrity and an intention behind this label that serves as a reminder for what mezcal means to so many people. This mezcal brings connectivity, respect, and the feeling of understanding. With Origen Raíz, we hope to spread this good intention one sip at a time.

Try this sotol:

La Higuera Cedrosanum

With ripe mango.

Immediately, the soft, juicy mango combines with the oiliness from the sotol to coat the entirety of the mouth with a tropical burst of balanced complexity. The mango seems to calm the sotol, harmonizing with the chiles, fresh rain, and charred herbs found in this expression from La Higuera. Savory and warm blends with sweet and cool to create a beautiful pairing best enjoyed with sunshine.

Perfect for those warm days of fall that tend to inevitably pop up, sending you to go tanning by the river or paddle boarding on a lake. Salud!
